At Rovess, we are dedicated to providing premium-quality wigs that help every woman look and feel her best. If you experience any issues with your order, please contact our Customer Care team — we aim to reply within 24 hours.


1. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it by contacting our Customer Care team.

Note: Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.


2. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges of unused products within 30 days of delivery.

2.1 Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

Because wigs come into direct contact with the scalp, used or worn items are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.


2.2 Return Process

Step Details
1. Contact Customer Care Initiate your return within 30 days and provide the reason along with relevant photos/videos.
2. Receive Return Instructions Once approved, we will provide the correct return address and instructions.
3. Item Inspection We will inspect the returned item within 2 business days of receipt.
4. Refund or Exchange After the inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed promptly.

Return Shipping Costs

Restocking Fee

For returns where Rovess is not at fault, a $12 processing/restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
